6. Replacement


This Replacement gives you the customer the option to replace your wallet at any time for any reason. You as the customer are responsible to pay the shipping/processing which may be subject to change without notice. 



7. Replacement Conditions


Conditions include anything damaging or natural defects to the product. It will be replaced at any time for any reason. Please note this does not cover a product that is lost or stolen. Customer must send in their old product in order to qualify for this replacement program and receive a replacement. 


8. Disclaimer for Replacement Program 


Pictures on the website may not always directly portray the exact same proportions as in real life. The dimensions per product are clearly stated under the "features" tab on each product page.

Except as stated above in this limited warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valor Brand disclaims all express, implied, and statutory replacements, and conditions with respect to the product, including the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. ATTEMPTING TO INTERFERE OR INTERFERING WITH THE OPERATION OF OUR SITE, OUR PROVISION OF SERVICES TO ANY OTHER VISITORS TO OUR SITE, OUR HOSTING PROVIDER OR OUR NETWORK, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, VIA MEANS OF SUBMITTING A VIRUS TO THE SITE, OVERLOADING, "FLOODING", "MAILBOMBING" OR "CRASHING" THE SITE.

INTERNATIONAL USE
We control and operate the Site from the United States, and all information is processed within the United States. MERCHANT REQUIREMENT FOR EU COUNTRIES
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Valor Brand to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Valor Brand may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
Although Valor Brand has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Valor Brand cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Valor Brand is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Valor Brand is the owner and/or authorized user of any registered or unregistered trademark, trade name, and/or service mark appearing on the Site, and is the copyright owner of the Materials and Content on the Site unless otherwise indicated.
